David is absolutely amazing! We have been working with him for about 9 months now and we finally found our first home. He is very flexible and always there when you need him. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He was able to get us within our budget and our requests filled from the seller. He also made sure we were credited by the seller and came in 10k under asking price. He works very hard for his clients and we really appreciate all the hard work he did. I highly recommend his services! My husband and I had difficult schedules, it was never an issue when we requested to go look at a place on an early Sunday morning. If you are looking to buy or sell in Ventura Co., give him a call! He will not disappoint you, I promise!
