David was absolutely great to work with. He understood our needs and only showed us properties that checked all the boxes. My wife and I were in contact with other realtors before meeting David and all of them were very pushy and seemed thirsty for a sale. David, however, never tried to force us to do anything that made us uncomfortable. He has the personality that makes you feel like you are working with a friend and would give you straight answers. When I started looking online for a real estate agent, I emailed David a lengthy of list of questions that I had about the real estate process. I was impressed that he responded immediately and answered all my questions in detail, one by one. Even though I had only found him randomly online, his  email response convinced me that he would be able to help us. We were pretty nervous, trying to figure out how to make the timing work of selling our house in LA and finding a new house in Ventura with our two small children over the summer. David was always very understanding and reassuring. He took us house hunting multiple weekends and sent us listings that he thought we'd like throughout the week. His house hunting App was also very helpful. Throughout the process, we never felt rushed or pressured, and we appreciated that he was playful with our kids as we looked around the houses. The market was very competitive in Ventura and we were often anxious that nothing would work out, but David was always confident we'd find what we were looking for...and we did! There were a few negotiations over the price, credits for the home repairs and move in dates that David took care of for us. House hunting can be a very tiring process - having an agent like David who is knowledgeable, responds to questions quickly and is compassionate about the emotional/financial stress that goes into buying a house is a must.
